Sept 26: Parking options at McCormick Place
Lot A – 2301 S. Indiana Ave, Chicago:
Lot A: The parking rate is $26 for up to 16 hours and $39 from 16 to 24 hours. There are no in-and-out privileges unless parking is purchased online in advance. Direct access to Level 1 and 3 of the West Building from this lot.
Lot B: The parking rate is a flat fee of $17 per day with no in-and-out privileges.
Lot C: The parking rate is $26 for up to 16 hours and $39 from 16 to 24 hours. There are no in-and-out privileges unless parking is purchased online in advance.
Visit McCormick Place Logistics website to receive more information on driving directions, public transportation, parking options and to purchase parking. If you plan to drive, you may wish to reserve a space ahead of time.
To navigate to Level 5, use elevators located at the West side of the building.
Sept 27: Parking options at the Simmons Center for Global Chicago
303 E. Wacker Garage Parking (Entrance on 225 N. Lower Columbus Drive):
You will be entering on the lower level of Columbus Drive – the same level as the Columbus Drive bridge over the Chicago River (225 N. Lower Columbus Drive entrance). This is below the pedestrian entrance to the building.
Elevators from the 303 E Wacker garage go directly to the 303 E Wacker lobby. From that elevator come around to the main lobby area to find the security desk where you will need to check in.
– Check in at the front desk using your ID, convey that the event is on the 2nd floor Conference Center
– Front desk will escort you to the elevator
– Travel to the 2nd floor Conference Center, Burnham and Wright rooms.
If you plan to drive, you may wish to reserve a space ahead of time, if available, using parking apps like ParkChirp or SpotHero for discounted rates. Parking may also be available at nearby buildings. 303 E. Wacker is surrounded by four large hotels (Swissotel, Radisson Blu, the Fairmont, and the Hyatt Regency), each offering valet/garage parking options. Taxi stands at each of these hotels are normally well staffed. Some limited street parking is available in the area – note that street parking nearby is metered on the Park Chicago app and parking fees apply 24/7.
