The agri-food landscape is shifting, driven by evolving business trends, societal behaviors, and new technologies. Tomorrow’s value chain will look different than today. Integrated, efficient, transparent, resilient – it will need to meet the economic, social, and environmental challenges of the 21st century. Getting there will require forward-looking ideation, collaboration, and innovation across the value chain to realize the solutions that shape the future.

The Summit will illuminate the importance of The New and Future Workforce in food and agriculture. Ensuring a constant supply of skilled, qualified, diverse laborers is a defining challenge of the 21st century, particularly as it relates to attracting diverse talent in both rural and urban areas and across the full agri-food ecosystem. Through provocative and highly interactive sessions, the Summit will explore, challenge, and enlighten attendees around opportunities to innovate complex workforce issues and emerging trends and their significant ramifications across food and agriculture.

This is an invite-only event. Advanced registration is required.
